When you place an order, we collect the items you wish to order, the buyer and package recipient’s name, address and telephone number, in addition to the buyer’s email address and credit card information. This information may be used to gather and analyze market and geographic data to better service you, our customer.

Ginsey accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please provide the card number, expiration date, issuing bank and cardholder’s name, billing address and daytime phone number.
Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation of the order tracking number.
After you have clicked “Place Order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email a Customer Service Representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changes.
Due to health and safety reasons, products purchased on Ginsey.com and Growingupgreengeneration.com may not be returned unless the products arrived damaged or defective in their packages.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, call Customer Service within 3 days of receipt at (800) 257-7844 for assistance with a replacement.
At any time you may submit a product review. Occasionally, we may also offer you the opportunity to participate in an online survey.
Our products are not available for shipment outside the United States.

Small packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail. This service is the fastest and most economical for this size of package. The U.S. P.S. delivers to the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO?FPO) Monday through Saturday. Larger packages will be shipped regular ground service by Federal Express.
Out of stock items will be automatically shipped once they become available.
